Our salmons are smoked daily, thus guaranteeing the freshness of our products as their delicate flavour.
To capture the perfect taste for your salmon, the smoking process is made according to the traditional method and special care is placed in the selection of the wood we use.
This careful process, along with the exact salt point, determines the optimization of our magnificent units of salmon providing them with aroma, unique flavour, colour, texture and succulence.
CARE TIPS:
Our smoked salmon will last for from 7 to 10 days in your fridge (0º-5º), however if it is not immediately being used we recommend freezing it.
It will last up to four months in freezer.
