The Crafts shop Artesanía Lanzaroteña
S.L. was the first business to open its door
to the public in Teguise around 1970 and witnessed
the gradual development that took place in the former
capital of the island.
Teguise, a charming and stately town steeped in
history, preserves the unmistakable flavour of the
passage of the centuries. Artesanía Lanzaroteña
is located in La Plaza de los Leones, the main square,
near the old church.
Stroll through our shop and enjoy the friendly atmosphere
of this family run business; we will gladly assist
you and advise you on purchase of typical products.
Set in a typical local house which preserves its
ancestral charm, Artersanía Lanzaroteña
offers a great array of local arts and crafts: timples
(typical musical instrument), hand embroidered table
cloths, traditional hats, pocket knifes, local marmalades,
“mojo” sauces (a blend of olive oil
and spices, an essential flavour in local cuisine),
Lanzarote wine, locally grown aloe vera gel and
a wide selection of fine artefacts.
SPECIAL OFFERS: Make a purchase of 50 €
or more and tell us that you saw our web page in
Lanzarote.com: you will receive a free olivine bracelet,
one "Trio" of homemade jams and one "Trio"
of “mojo” sauces to enjoy back home
with your friends and family.
