La Casa de La Caldera is divided into 3 fully self contained apartments that are let individually or in combinations to accommodate family parties of up to 12. Two apartments have 2 double bedrooms and the third apartment, one. All have spacious lounges, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. When let in combination with El Patio, apartments will have access to the beautifully secluded and shaded Patio (inner courtyard).
Casa El Patio. El Patio can accommodate 4/5 and has two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, both on the ground floor with doors and windows opening into the secluded inner courtyard. The spacious lounge with 12 ft high beamed ceiling, has wonderful views over open countryside. Double doors from the lounge open into the inner courtyard. It is equipped with satellite television, DVD player and hi-fi system and has a fully operational traditional Canarian fireplace.
The well equipped kitchen/breakfast room opens directly onto a small sun terrace and barbeque area which leads directly to the pool. It has a full sized oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
Casa La Puesta del Sol. La Puesta del Sol can accommodate up 4/5 and has two double bedrooms, a large twin bedroom on the ground floor with double doors opening onto a private sun terrace and a double bedroom on the first floor with large shuttered windows that give wonderful views across the hills and Femés valley.
The lounge features a large roof window set in a 12ft high beamed ceiling that ensures that the room is bathed in light during the day and at night you can sit in comfort and study the stars. It is equipped with satellite television, DVD player and hi-fi system and has a fully operational traditional Canarian fireplace.
The well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, has views down the Femes valley from windows that open onto the private sun terrace with barbecue area. As well as the modern conveniences of a full sized oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine, the kitchen has the original Canarian bread oven as an interesting architectural feature.
A modern bathroom includes bath and shower, wash basin with well lit mirror over, toilet and bidet.
Casa Valle de Femés. Valle de Femés can accommodate 2/3. Situated on the ground floor, it has two large, airy rooms, as well as its own small garden and barbecue area. The rooms have high, beamed ceilings and comfortable rustic furnishings, with an open Canarian fireplace and a separate kitchen/dining area in the living room. The bedroom has one double and one single bed, plus generous storage cupboards (cot or additional bed available on request). The en-suite bathroom has a shower over a full-sized bath and a bidet.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. It also has a TV with satellite connection and video, CD player/radio.
The Patio. This quiet and secluded space in the centre of the building, offers a wonderful refuge from the heat of the sun for relaxing and dining. El Patio has exclusive use of this space when let individually, but when apartments are let in combination with El Patio, they can also share this facility.
Pool and Gardens. The well maintained gardens are set within a high volcanic rock wall. Extensive sun terraces surround a solar heated, 10 metre swimming pool. To the side of the pool is a traditional Canarian bowls court fully equipped with balls made from volcanic rock.
