Heredad Kamezí is a luxurious terraced house made up of 31 beachfront terraced houses on the island of Lanzarote. The terraced houses are located in the Southeastern of the island, in one of the best health resort areas due to its mild climate and have been specially designed so that you and your loved ones can enjoy some magic moments.

Heredad Kamezí offers the following common services all year round: porter´s lodge, housekeeping, maintenance, personal safety, computer rental, car rental, outings… We can arrange as well for a babysitter, a private chef, a masseur etc. Smaller guests can enjoy the layground located inside the complex.

The estate has two, three, and four-bedroom terraced houses that are environmentally friendly in their design as well as their philosophy.

Each terraced house is fully equipped with all the comforts of your own home such as: pool, designated parking spaces, patio with barbecue, outside shower, table, lounge chairs and hammocks; fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool bath, DVD/CD-Player, satellite dish, ADSL internet connection,…

Heredad Kamezí are right next to Playa Blanca with a marina and fishing port whose facilities enable you to participate in all types of water sports like windsurfing, waterskiing, and sailing, as well as other hobbies such as golf, tennis, cycling, squash, paddle, etc.

The estate has over 4500 m of parks from which you can access the cove and even walk down to Playa Papagayo which is considered to be Lanzarote´s most beautiful beach.
