Services:
- Reception open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, providing information on computer rental and internet access, bicycle and car rental, outings, pool towels and bathrobes service.
- Housekeeping 5 times per week, change of towels 3 times per week, change of linen twice a week.
- Maintanance of common services 7 days a week.
- Security.
- There is a supermarket in the resort (open from 8:00 am 7 days a week) with a variety of food, drinks, self-cleaning and cleaning products, souvenirs...
- We cannot acomodate pets.
Each terraced house is fully equipped right down to the very last detail:
- KITCHEN: Fully equipped with: microwave, refrigerator/freezer, glass enamel stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich press, dishwasher, washer, and blender. Also contains a full set of kitchenware with cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, and table linen.
- LIVING-DINNING ROOM: satellite TV, DVD/CD-Player, telephone, Satellite TV and ADSL Internet connection. We also have laptops exclusively available for our customers to use.
- BEDROOMS: Each terraced house has one or two main bedrooms (2, 3, or 4 bedrooms total depending on the type of terraced house) with a double bed and the rest single beds. Each of the main bedrooms has a TV and also a non payable safe.
- BATHROOMS: Two or three bathrooms, with a whirlpool bath, hydro massage shower or two people jacuzzi, both have dryers.
- PATIO: A large solarium, outside shower, barbecue, and relaxing area with a table, lounge chairs.
SERVICES
- POOL: With a seawater system that is completely environmentally friendly and that recycles the water daily. Each terraced house has a pool with its own unique design.
- PARKING AREA: Each terraced house has its own designated parking spaces.
- SUPERMARKET: There is a supermarket in the resort (open from 8:00 am 7 days a week) with a variety of food, drinks, self-cleaning and cleaning products, souvenirs...
The resort has 31 terraced houses, that have one or two storey with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths. Heredad Kamezí terraced houses are environmentally friendly in their design as well as their philosophy. Solar panels are used to generate the energy needed for heating water. Each pool is designed differently and has a seawater system in which the water is recycled daily. 80 % of the materials used to build the terraced houses are all natural and the remaining 20% have only undergone one transformation which means that there are no polymeric materials that have been used. The estate has a de-salting station with its own purifier.
