Welcome to Kaboti Surf.
Any person wanting to learn how to surf can do so, but it should be remembered that surfing is an extreme sport and therefore dangerous. To attempt this sport alone without having any experience can be a risk, therefore we recommend you always learn with instructors who are experienced and hold the necessary recognised qualifications:
ISA: International Surfing Association - www.isasurf.orgFCS: Federacion Canaria Surf - www.fcsurf.es
FES: Federacion Española Surf - www.fesurf.netBSA: British Surfing Association - www.britsurf.co.uk
Kaboti Surf guarantees these requirements when giving classes, the school is in Lanzarote and classes are held on the magnificent Famara beach, among others. We offer a variety of different surfing courses throughout the year. We also organise "Surfaris" on the coast of the island of 300 volcanoes! At Kaboti Surf School we ensure the necessary attention and above all ensure that learning this sport is fun and safe.
Our main aim is to be able to pass on our passion for a sport like surfing, and that anyone can appreciate this for themselves and take away with them everything that surfing can begin to offer them. If you can already surf and you need to know the best areas of the island, we will take you and advise you on how to improve your technique!Beginners´ courses take place on the beaches with a backdrop of Lanzarote sand: Famara, Órzola and la Garita.
For surfers with a slightly higher level, we will look for different spots, depending on the conditions on each day, such as, for example, the well-known La Santa, los Jameos, San Juan waves. And many more waves!!!!!The advantage of these beaches is that we can enjoy the waves all year round. In winter, the Atlantic current is perfect and in summer the waves are smaller and perfect for beginners´ practice. The temperature on the island is between 22-25° C throughout the year and the water temperature varies between 18-to 23°C always under the sun which shines all year.
