The Marina Rubicón is in the most exclusive part of Playa Blanca.
Playa Blanca itself is a private, safe, up market residential resort in the south of the Island of Lanzarote.
We have 2 luxurious villas, both only some meters from the Marina, called Marina View and Marina View 2.
The first has 2 bedrooms and the second 3 bedrooms.

Both villas have a solar heated swimming pool and a lovely garden and will suit families or couples wishing to enjoy their time in not only peaceful and private surroundings but also be very near to the Marina Rubicón, the lovely Dorada Beach and a large number of restaurants, shops and bars.
Marina View (2 Bed) and Marina View 2 (3 bed) are equipped to the very highest standards. The living room is furnished with wicker furniture, the kitchen is brand new and there are ample bathrooms and washing areas for all.
Outside there is a barbecue and plenty of tables, chairs and sun beds. Don't forget we are very private and cars are parked away from the garden.
The villas have views of the new sports yacht harbour called the Marina Rubicón, which has been designed to look like a traditional Lanzarote Village with shops and delightful restaurants and of course a supermarket.
If you want to just relax next to your own swimming pool, swim in the nearby clear waters, go shopping, visit a local restaurant or bar this is all easy from our luxury villas.
You can also go sailing, go scuba diving or play golf or whatever takes your fancy!
