The restaurant “Mirador Las Salinas Casa Domingo” can be found in the wonderful area overlooking the salt flats of Las Salinas de Janubio.

This exceptional location offers our clients a fabulous view of the salinas while enjoying one of our exquisite fresh fish preparations.

Aside from our “a la carte” menu, we have a cafeteria and bar serving wines from Lanzarote as well as a great variety of international wines, liquors and refreshments.
