Dear Angel we have holidayed with you now for 6 years and it was so brilliant and homely but now you have gone fully inclusive we are unable to afford it could you not consider doing half board and encourage your families who loved your hotel and resort so much to be able to return to you all again .One of the best times was with little legs laura and magic martin .we are still in contact with little legs and visited twice that year as my girls fell in love with her and my husband come to think of it.Please please consider this with a very sad face Michele Batchelor

Can you give an update on how the work is going at Flamingo Beach as we would love to return there once it’s finished.

We are due to cum to the flamingo beach in july. we are 2 single parents travelling with our children and have requested rooms together due to the fact that we were told there were no family rooms available that would hold 2 adults and 5 children one of which will be in a cot. my eldest is autistic so i need help from my friend pls can u let me know if we will be together or if at all possible for us to have a large family room. also can u post some photos on here of the reconstruction work pls

hi, we booked our family holiday in January 2010, to commence 10th June 2010, after reading rave reviews on the trip advisor website, your hotel was 2nd in the area at the time! I now find that the hotel has moved down to 12th in the area, myself and my partner have spent over £4500 to ensure a good holiday for us and our children along with his sister, her husband and their children and his mother and step-father, we are now incredibly worried about what to expect, we have heard about bland food, bad entertainment, non existant kids clubs (in swedish!)and building work going on until 2am, I would hope that this is all untrue and would request clarification and the guarantee of some compensation if this is not the case, we have been saving for a long time in order to go on this holiday and would hope that things like this will not ruin our experience with you, many thanks, (we are still hoping for a good holiday!)

Hi, I have been informed by my travel company that Flamingo Beach in Playa Blanca is now open however after reading some recent reviews (2 Aug 10) it is still closed. We have booked 2 weeks in September with disabled people who are unable to get around so could anyone please let me know if this beach will be open by September?? I would be so happy to recieve any info. Thanks

Hi Denys it seems to be “watch this space ” at the moment regarding Playa Flamingo.The work to the breakwaters was completed just over a week ago now, unfortunately the beach sand was not replenished so access is there but no sand. Based on what seems to be going on I think you may be ok. Just keep checking the forums.Playa Blanca beach and Playa Dorada beach are both excellent and readily accessible but about 20 minutes or so walk from Playa Flamingo.
