2 - The most flexible cancellation policy: Cancellation insurance is charged for at the time of booking, however you are able to cancel your booking without any charge up to two days before arrival at your chosen accommodation. Consult our cancellation policy for each hotel.
3 - We are a local agency, we are in Lanzarote, so if you have any problem during your holiday we can help you in-situ.
4 - Security - We have our own web design, reservations, publicity and financial departments, which gives us absolute control over the security of our websites and our clients’ information.
