The owner of the MADE IN ITALY restaurant is called Fabio and was born in 1976 in Napoli, in the south of Italy where the “good Italian food” has got his origin.
He travelled to Spain, started to work in touristic areas where he was able to improve his proficiency.
His career brought him to places like Puerto Banús, Lanzarote and London... Chiswick W4 was where Fabio learned the complexity of the restoration: big standing clients, very difficult to satisfied...
This helped to get more experience: kitchen, bar, table service… After all this, Fabio was prepared to start a new adventure “Made in Italy”
He came back to Lanzarote, the island which he really loved, in 2006 with enormous desired to offer the island the good Mediterranean food and the impeccable and obliging service of “MADE IN ITALY”. All the staff working together with Fabio in the Made in Italy restaurant, has been personally selected by himself. |
