The best beaches in Costa Teguise

However, Costa Teguise is a town chosen not only for its comfort and services but also for its beaches!  It is a perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet together with long days of sun and beach. In a dream corner, with an unbeatable climate and variety of beaches for all tastes. 

 

Las Cucharas Beach

It has a wide strip of white sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach of Las Cucharas is, in fact, one of the most populous in the tourist town of Costa Teguise. In addition to its beauty and performance, las Cucharas beach has a very good location within Costa Teguise. 

 

Bastian Beach

Although it is a cove, it is one of the largest in Costa Teguise.  It also has a bathing area with very easy access, so it does not present difficulty to the elderly, people with reduced mobility or children. In addition, its location means that the wind does not hit as hard as in other beaches in the area. And, of course, it has numerous services such as bins, restaurants, showers, sun loungers and parking areas. 

Jablillo Beach

Being protected by the shelter of a breakwater, the Jablillo beach has become a natural pool with crystal clear waters and turquoise bottom. Located at the southern end of Costa Teguise, Jablillo beach is a small urban cove of white sand that offers a very pleasant bath. 

 

Los Charcos Beach

The beach of Los Charcos is framed by two large breakwaters of volcanic stone that surround the area. The result is a beach of calm water north of Costa Teguise. A perfect place for a quiet swim without waves thanks to the two natural banks that surround its waters.  

 

Playa El Ancla

The small beach El Ancla is a well-known cove at the entrance of Costa Teguise by Arrecife. Without a doubt, it is one of the best bathing areas of the place despite its small size. However, sometimes its short length can be its biggest handicap since it is saturated at rush hour. 

If you have the opportunity to spend several days in Costa Teguise or your accommodation is in this town, we recommend that you try and change the beach every day to discover all the possibilities of everything this tourist area offers. However, you should keep in mind that those of smaller size it is preferable to visit them first thing in the morning if you want to avoid crowds.
