Before knowing the entry requirements to the Canary Islands, we recommend that you make sure of the conditions and possible restrictions of the airline with which you travel to the Canary archipelago. These measures may vary depending on the country of origin:

• If you travel from the European Union or Schengen, there is no type of limitation and no EU-Covid certificate, negative active infection test, recovery certificate, or filling out the control form is required.

• If you travel from third countries and do not belong to the community of citizens of the European Union, they do not have any type of restriction to travel to the Canary Islands.

• On the other hand, there is also no impediment if you travel to the islands from national territory.

Nationwide, there have been about 1,889 infections and 248 deaths. Currently, Cantabria is the territory with the highest contagion with 248 cases. However, these data may vary in the coming days since the spikes or infections may occur in other areas of the Spanish territory.

On the other hand, currently all age groups are controlled except in those over 80 years of age. Having a higher risk, the level of infections is also higher: 263 cases according to the indicators of the Ministry of Health.

Testing, counting and increased risk focus on the most vulnerable population: people over 60, pregnant women or immunocompromised population. As for the restrictions, there are none regarding schedules or capacities throughout the national territory.
