CANCELLATION POLICY
The client is entitled to a refund within 24 hours from the date of the order.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BICYCLE RENTAL CONTRACT
Contract Duration:
The rental duration will be specified in the contract.
Rental Hours:
Winter: From ____ to ____ hours.
Summer: From ____ to ____ hours.
Reservations must be made before 6:00 PM on the day prior to bicycle use and are subject to availability.
Delivery and Return:
Bicycles must be delivered and returned within the established schedule, from ____ to ____ every day of the week.
Late returns: €10 per hour of delay.
Failure to return the bicycle on the stipulated day will result in an additional charge of €50 per day.
Condition of Rented Equipment:
The renter must return the equipment in the same condition in which it was provided.
Any damage or loss will be covered by the renter according to the applicable tariff or market price.
Bicycle Security:
It is mandatory to use the provided lock and secure the bicycle properly.
In the event of theft, burglary, or loss, the client must pay the replacement value.
Renter Conditions:
The client declares they are capable of riding the bicycle and assumes the associated risks.
They are responsible for their physical and mental condition during the rental period.
Deposit:
In the moment of the pickup, an additional deposit will be required as a breakage insurance. This deposit will be fully refunded when returning the product, provided no damages have occurred.
Deposit amounts by category:
- City Bikes: €50
- MTB (Mountain Bike): €100
- E-bikes (Electric Bikes): €150
- Road Bikes: €100
- Scooters: €50
This deposit is mandatory and is intended to cover potential repair costs in case of damage during the rental period. When the equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Insurance:
The rental does not include damage insurance. The client is responsible for any material or personal damages they may incur.
Exclusive Use:
The bicycle is for the exclusive use of the renter and cannot be transferred or handled without authorization.
Usage Restrictions:
It is prohibited to use the bicycle on inappropriate terrain or to transport it outside of Lanzarote without authorization.
Parking:
The bicycle must be parked in suitable and supervised areas to avoid theft or unsafe situations.
Data Protection:
The data provided will be used exclusively for the provision of the service.
Information and Safety:
The client declares they have received and understood the usage and safety recommendations provided by the company.
Jurisdiction:
This contract is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.
