GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Free Cancellation if canceled more than 3 days before the activity takes place. (Full refund).

2. Cancellations and modifications by the company Bodega Olivina: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify routes and itineraries due to force majeure such as weather alerts, lack of participants in the excursion, errors or any other unjustified cause. In the event of total cancellations of the activity, Bodega Olivina will notify its clients and will immediately refund any amounts paid if applicable. In case of modifications to the itinerary or places visited, no compensation will be made by Bodega Olivina.

3. In the event that the client does not show up during the excursion at the time indicated by the guide, the company will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the client.
