Cancellation policy

Bookings include a deadline until which you can cancel or modify without any charge. Modifications or cancellations before that date do not incur any additional cost. If you cancel or modify after that date, we will apply the cost indicated in the Cancellation Policy that appears on the voucher and in the booking confirmation.

In general, up to 72 hours before carrying out the contracted activity, the customer may cancel, and the full amount paid will be refunded. However, between 25 and 71 hours beforehand, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In any case, cancelling within the last 24 hours will not entitle you to any refund.
