Janubio Salt Pans Guided Visit
At your chosen time, we’ll meet at Bodega Janubio and start our guided tour, during which we’ll discover one of the most spectacular places in Lanzarote.
As we walk through this protected natural area, we’ll admire incredible views of the landscape and salt pans, which are the largest in the Canary Islands. We’ll also discuss some fun facts about this area, such as the story of its creation following a series of volcanic eruptions.
During our visit to the Janubio Salt Pans, we’ll also see the tasks that are carried out every day to extract the salt. This salt is famous in the world of gastronomy, due to the cleanliness of its extraction. You’ll get to see this for yourself, as at the end of the tour you’ll attend a ‘Fleur de Sel’ and ‘Flavours of Janubio’ tasting.
