GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Free cancellation if you cancel before the same day of the activity contracted. (Full refund)
2. In the event that the User does not show up at the agreed time and place for the service, the bus will not wait any courtesy minutes. The user will not have the right to a refund of the amounts paid in advance for the contracted service and will lose the possibility of taking the excursion.
3. Pick-ups may sometimes be slightly delayed from the scheduled time, in which case there will be no compensation whatsoever, as the scheduling of the visits will not be affected. This does not exempt the user from waiting at the indicated point. (Please note that buses may be subject to occasional delays, pick-up times are indicative and not contractual)
4. The company reserves the right to change or cancel routes and itineraries due to force majeure such as weather alerts, lack of participants in the excursion, errors or any other cause without justification. In case of total cancellations of the activity, the company First Minute Travel S.L. will notify its customers and make an immediate refund of the amount paid if applicable. In case of modifications to the itinerary or the places visited, no compensation will be made by the company First Minute Travel S.L.
5. In the event that the client does not show up during the excursion at the time indicated by the guide, or decides to get off the bus at any point of the route for any reason, the company will not be responsible for the costs incurred by the client.
6. Errors in sending pick-up times: The company is not responsible for errors or omissions in the contents, in case of an error the client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund of their reservation, without any prejudice to the company
