In this workshop, theater becomes a channel of connection with the frequency of the present. In Improstelations, we don’t play characters or follow a script; instead, we learn to listen to the emptiness of the stage and shape it with our body, voice, emotions, and creative mind. It is an experimental and sacred space, where each encounter is an opportunity to reveal what our soul needs right now.

What is Frequency Theater?

Frequency Theater is an innovative practice that allows us to tune into the information available in the here and now. Instead of acting out predefined stories, we surrender to the present and allow intuitive wisdom to guide our expression. With the help of the facilitator, we decipher the messages that emerge and bring them to life through our body and voice. It is an invitation to fine-tune our inner listening and open ourselves to intuition.

Each session is unique and unrepeatable, as the information that emerges at each moment is special and relevant to those who participate. This practice not only expands our creativity but also becomes a tool to improve our daily lives, revealing new perspectives and providing clarity.

A sacred game of inner exploration

Improstelaciones is a space where theater and spirituality merge. This session is not about “acting” in the conventional sense, but rather allowing the truth of the present to express itself through us. It is a way of bringing heaven down to earth, a bridge between intuition and action.

In this process:

We explore silence and emptiness as sources of information.

We fine-tune our listening to inner wisdom.

We connect with the present and with our deepest feelings.

We develop trust in our intuition.

We learn to let go of control and flow with what presents itself in the moment.

A therapeutic and playful experience

This workshop is not only a space for artistic exploration, but also a process of self-discovery and healing. The combination of play and deep exploration allows each person to live their own transformative experience. By allowing ourselves to express ourselves freely and without judgment, we open the door to a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Improstelaciones is an inclusive and accessible space for everyone, both those with experience in theater and those who have never stepped foot on stage. No prior knowledge is necessary; just an openness and a desire to experience a new language of expression and connection with life.

Who coordinates it?

The workshop is led by Martín Boechi, Improstelaciones facilitator and explorer of new ways of connecting with creativity and consciousness. His approach combines theater, intuition, and energy work, creating a safe and enriching space for all participants.
