I take care of everything: I will bring the mats, cushions, blocks, and all the necessary materials so you can fully immerse yourself in the practice without worrying about anything. The classes are available both in Spanish and English and adjust to your level, whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner.
You can choose among different styles such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa or a personalized combination according to your needs: relaxation, activation, deep stretching, or conscious breathing. Guided meditations or specific exercises to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, or reconnect with yourself can also be included.
The price is €65 + €20 for transport for one or two people. If it’s a group, an additional €15 per extra person is added.
