GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations of booked transfers can be made up to 8 hours before the scheduled time, and a 15% cancellation fee will be charged on the total transfer amount. If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be given for the full transfer amount.

2. Once the professional taxi driver arrives to perform the service at the agreed time and place, they are obligated to wait only 10 minutes as a courtesy after the agreed time.

3. Pick-ups may sometimes be delayed with respect to the scheduled time, in which case no compensation will be made, as the transport route will not be affected. This does not exempt the user from waiting at the indicated point. (Please note that taxis may be delayed occasionally, pick-up times are indicative and not contractual)

4. Cancellations and modifications by the company COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC:

The company reserves the right to make cancellations or modifications to routes and itineraries due to force majeure such as weather alerts, errors or any other cause without justification. In the event of total cancellations of the activity, the company COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC will notify its customers and will immediately refund the amount paid, if applicable. In case of modifications to the route, no compensation will be made by the company COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC.

5. In the event that the customer decides to get off the taxi at any point of the journey for any reason, the company will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer.

6. Errors in pick-up times: The company is not responsible for errors or omissions in the contents. In the event of an error, the customer will be offered an alternative day or a full refund of their reservation, without any prejudice to the company.
