EXCURSIONS FOR CRUISERS IN LANZAROTE

Day cruises and boat trips are an essential part of coastal life and part of island life. Lanzarote has a wealth of options if you want to spend a day out on the high seas visiting idyllic bays and beaches that you can’t get to any other way

The best cruises in Lanzarote

The beaches and sea life are some of Lanzarote’s main attractions. The island offers countless options, although most cruises leave from Puerto del Carmen, one of Lanzarote’s most important marinas.

From there we can enjoy some truly romantic couples’ getaways, seeing the iconic sites of Puerto Calero and Playa Quemada, while watching the sunset over the sea.

There is also a catamaran tour leaving from Puerto del Carmen for those looking for even more adventure. The route takes you to the southernmost point of the island, stopping off at the idyllic Playa del Papagayo where you can enjoy activities such as snorkelling and kayaking.

Cost effective cruises in Lanzarote

If you are looking for a cheaper but just as interesting alternative, you can find it in Lanzarote. From Puerto del Carmen you can enjoy a two hour cruise on an 18 metre long yacht, where you will be able to experience swimming with fish in the island’s crystal clear waters.

On the other side of the island you can also visit the island of La Graciosa. Ferries leave daily from Órzola, which is the only way to access the smallest and most unspoilt inhabited island in the archipelago.
