Top rated excursions in Ye

Situated high on the northern plateau of the island, Ye’s location gives it a privileged setting to enjoy the north of Lanzarote. In order to enjoy it you only have to go to one of the many viewpoints that are around the municipality, although the Mirador del Río stands out from the rest. From this point you can enjoy a unique view of the strait that separates the island of La Graciosa from Lanzarote. This viewpoint, moreover, was designed by the Canarian artist César Manrique, who made great contributions all over the island.

However, if you are looking for a more adventurous option, La Corona Volcano, the largest of the ones located in the northernmost part of the island, might be the perfect option. With a maximum height of almost 600 meters, the climb is almost effortless due to the good condition of the trail. It starts next to the hermitage of Ye and ascends quietly to the edge of the crater.
