El Grifo, founded in 1775, is the oldest winery in the Canary Islands. After passing through different families, the García Durán family acquired it in 1880 and made it a benchmark for viticulture on the islands. Today, El Grifo offers a wide range of wines made with indigenous grapes, as well as guided tours and tastings. More than a winery, El Grifo is a symbol of the culture and tradition of Lanzarote, where the past meets the present and the passion for wine is passed down from generation to generation.
