DEPARTURE TIMES
FOR CRUISES DEPARTING AT 6:00 PM or later:
Departure from the cruise port (police check) at 11:30 AM. Arrival at 4:30 PM.
But if your cruise departs before 6:00 PM, of course, the tour starts earlier. To find out your schedule, click on the calendar on the day your cruise will dock in Lanzarote. The pickup time for that day will be displayed there.
DURATION
5 hours – Depending on the cruise docking time. However, most cruises dock at 8:00 AM. Usually, departure from the port is at 11:30 AM – Arrival back to the port at 4:30 PM.

- Monument to the Farmer – “Monumento al campesino” (20 minutes)
- The Green Lake, a fascinating panorama (25 minutes)
- Fun camel ride (optional – extra €11) (30 minutes)
- Timanfaya – Fire Mountains (30 minutes at “Islote de Hilario” + 40 minutes volcano route)
ROUTE
At 11:30 a.m., we leave the harbor and head inland to the Monumento al Campesino (Monument to the Farmer). The sun’s rays cast an ochre-colored glow over the entire landscape of Timanfaya. Along the coast, the white fishing villages create a beautiful contrast against the deep blue sea.
As we continue our journey… we suddenly find ourselves surrounded by a landscape filled with thousands of walls and holes.
We cross the area formed by the lava flows of the years 1730-36 and reach the Timanfaya National Park and the camel zone. In Timanfaya, you have the opportunity to ride a camel (Extra 11€). It’s a completely different rhythm compared to horseback riding.
It’s impossible to remain indifferent to the unique landscape of Timanfaya. In the Timanfaya National Park, known as the Fire Mountains, with an impressive 51 km2 lava sea, one feels like walking on the primordial rock of the Earth. For more than six years, from 1730 to 1736, molten lava erupted from the depths of the Earth, devastating villages and fertile land. Today, it is one of the most fascinating and bizarre wastelands in the world. We will take you to a place called “El Islote de Hilario,” where the restaurant “El Diablo” is located. Discover the diverse expressions of the immense energies hidden beneath the Earth’s surface and witness impressive geothermal experiments before embarking on the “Moon Route.”
The lava has reached the coast. Inside a crater, the invading seawater forms a lagoon, transforming the sight into incredible contrasts: the Green Lagoon or “El Charco de los Clicos.”
We will be back on the ship around 4:15 p.m.
MEETING POINTS AT THE PORT OF LANZAROTE – ARRECIFE
At all ports, there is a port police control cabin located in the same dock (pier of the port). The photo shows the two ports where cruise ships dock in Arrecife Lanzarote and the police control.
