La Casona de La Era, survivor of volcanic eruptions in Lanzarote, was initially the home of agricultural landowners. Later, under the direction of César Manrique in 1968, it became the emblematic Restaurant La Era, standing out as a reference in Canarian gastronomy. Its name comes from the threshing floor that was on its grounds, and today, as a cultural heritage asset, it continues to be a patrimonial treasure.
