NORTH ROUTEPassing through Teguise, the old capital, we arrive at the highest point on the island, Peñas del Chache (670m).
From this view-point, there are fabulous views of the north-east coastline and Haría (the valley of 1000 palms).
The Guinate Tropical Park, situated in the north-west of the island, is home to many tropical birds from all over the world.
