For those who have always wanted to have a go at sailing a yacht, the captain and crew are delighted to encourage you to pull sails, take the wheel, and generally get involved.
Arriving at Papagayo, we drop anchor and it's time for a relaxing swim or snorkel in the crystal clear waters.
As you dry in the sun, lunch is served on board: a delicious meal of pasta with a choice of tuna or vegetarian sauce, salad, and bread and butter.
After a final swim, it's up-anchor for a gentle sail back along the coast to port with a drink in hand, watching for dolphins and pilot whales to end a perfect day...
