The route crosses the "Valley of One Thousand Palm Trees" at Haría and then through the valley of Tabayesco, where cultivated terraces adorn the landscape. Splendid views and a large variety of endemic plants and flowers, plus some very typical examples of farming on volcanic ash. Unique and surprising walk through the lava fields of recent but now extinct craters, with views across amazing expanses of natural shapes and colours.
